What is a Cinematic Motion Render — and what isn't it?
A render is a still. A walkthrough is a camera on rails. A motion render is a film: cut like scenes, lit for the hour, graded, scored.

How is a film made?
Every film is built by a pool designer with 20 years on job sites — so the fire bowls, spillways and setbacks are the ones that can actually be built.
Design
Pool, spa, water features, fire, lighting, hardscape, landscape and the client's actual house are modeled from the survey and elevations.
Cuts
Camera passes are cut like film shots — day, dusk, night, water-level, aerial — each one framed for a feature.
Opener
A custom-built opener. For a builder it carries your brand; for a homeowner, the project.
Edit
Shots assembled with cinematic transitions, pacing and color grading — sunset warmth, night blues, fire glow.
Score
Composed and performed for the film. No stock library — the music is part of the design.
Closer
A custom closer with the builder's contact, so the film goes out as the builder's own presentation.

Why do builders lead with the film?
Most clients cannot picture a design from a plan. They nod at the drawings and stall at the contract. A film ends the "can you imagine…" conversation — the client watches the pool at night with the fire lit and the water moving, and the decision is made.
In my experience, nine times out of ten the client buys after watching the movie.
One of the films on this page was built for a Dallas litigation attorney's contemporary pool; another put a lodge on a developer's lakeside lot so buyers could see what could stand there. Builders lead their presentations with the film, then hand over the plans.

Is this a walkthrough video?
No. A walkthrough is a camera on rails through a model. A Cinematic Motion Render is a short film: shots are cut like scenes, lit for the time of day, color-graded in DaVinci Resolve, opened and closed with a custom After Effects title, and scored to original piano. The client feels the backyard rather than touring it.
How long does one take?
Most films deliver in two to three weeks after the model is approved. Modeling the pool, house and site from your plan and photos comes first; the film is cut once the design is signed off.
Do you brand it for my company?
Yes. For builders the opener and closer carry your logo, colors and contact, so the film goes out as yours. For a homeowner the opener carries the project name instead.
What do you need from me?
A site survey or lot plan, the pool plan or a sketch, photos of the house and yard, and a list of what the client loves — fire, water, lighting, a court, a kitchen. Elevations help; if you have a Structure Studios file, send it.
What does it cost?
