Architectural Visualization
See Your Architecture Come to Life
Photorealistic exterior and interior renders that sell projects before ground is broken
The Service
What can architectural visualization recreate?
Anything a client wants to see before it exists: a new home on a bare lot, an addition or an extreme deck, a lakeside lodge for a developer's land, two existing 12-story oceanfront condo towers with a proposed courtyard. Every project is modeled to scale in Structure Studios from the survey, plans and photos, then finished with the same attention to light, materials and atmosphere — stills up to 8K, or a cinematic film.
Whether you need a single hero image for a pitch deck or a complete suite of exterior and interior views, our dual RTX 4090 rendering pipeline delivers production-quality results on professional timelines.

Questions
Architectural Visualization — FAQ
What can you recreate in 3D?
Whatever the client needs to see: a home that does not exist yet, an addition, an outdoor kitchen or an extreme deck, a commercial building, a condo community's courtyard, or an empty piece of land with a house designed on it. The Lakeside Lodge film on the cinematic page was built for a developer who wanted buyers to see what could stand on the lot; the two 12-story towers on the commercial page were modeled from photos and a survey for a condo association.
What do you need from me to start?
Everything is on the online work order, which can be filled out from the job site: a clear property survey or measurements (blueprints or CAD files help), elevations if the lot is not flat, photos of the house and project area from every property corner plus a walking video, meter and utility-line locations, city or HOA guidelines if they must approve the project, and sketches or inspiration photos with notes on which elements to recreate. The rule of thumb: if it cannot be seen, it cannot be created — more photos, faster work.
What do I receive?
Still renders up to 8K resolution in the views you choose — exterior, interior, aerial, day, dusk and night — and, when the project calls for it, a cinematic film cut in DaVinci Resolve with a custom opener and closer and an original piano score. Permit-ready construction plans and HOA packages come from the same model when they are needed.
How long does a project take?
Projects typically take 5–7 business days, counted from the day the agreement is signed, the retainer is received and the documents listed on the work order are in hand. Turnaround varies with complexity; the studio is closed weekends and holidays. Complete photos and a clean survey are the biggest factor in hitting the short end of that range.
Who hires you for architectural renders?
Architects, developers, custom-home and pool builders, condominium and HOA boards, and homeowners who want to see a deck, addition or new home before they commit. Work is produced remotely for clients across the United States from the Fort Worth studio; in-person site visits are available in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
What is the difference between a still render and a cinematic film?
A still is one view at one time of day. A cinematic film is a one-to-three-minute movie: shots cut like film — aerial, ground level, close-ups — moving from afternoon to dusk to night, with moving water and fire, color grading and an original score. Builders lead their presentations with the film and hand over the plans afterward. The cinematic page shows finished films with chapter timings.
