What does AI Vision Designs do?
Photorealistic 3D pool and landscape visualization, cinematic motion-render films, permit-ready CAD construction plans, architectural, commercial and forensic visualization, and swimming-pool inspections. Every service is run by one person — Brian Lee Westfall — from a private five-machine AI studio in Fort Worth, Texas, so client drawings never touch a public cloud API.
Where is Brian located, and does he work with clients outside Texas?
AI Vision Designs is in Fort Worth, Texas. 3D design, cinematic films and construction plans are produced remotely for builders, architects and homeowners nationwide; pool inspections and forensic site visits are in person across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Has Brian actually built pools, or only designed them?
Both. He owned and operated Westfall Pool & Spa in Victoria, Texas (2007–2011), building residential and commercial pools, then designed custom residential pools for Puryear Custom Pools in Fort Worth (2013–2016). In business since 1987; 20 years in pools.
What is a cinematic motion render?
A one-to-three-minute film of a pool or outdoor living space that does not exist yet — modeled in Structure Studios, cut and color-graded in DaVinci Resolve, with a custom After Effects opener and an original score. Builders use it to close the sale before the first shovel; four films are on the Cinematic page.
Can you draw the permit plans as well as the design?
Yes. Permit-ready plan sets — cover sheet, survey overlay, dimensioned build plan, elevations and drainage, equipment specifications and details — on 11 × 17 sheets for Dallas–Fort Worth reviewers or 24 × 36 for other states. Two featured sets are on the Plans page.
Are inspections available for insurance claims and pre-purchase?
Yes. Brian holds Texas All-Lines Insurance Adjuster license #2270028 from the Texas Department of Insurance and performs forensic pool inspections, insurance-claim inspections and pre-purchase inspections across Dallas–Fort Worth, with courtroom-ready visualization for attorneys and carriers.
